Alyssa Schiffer

Owner/Lead Dance Instructor

Alyssa Schiffer is the owner of Dancing for Eternity. She is an Oil City native who went on to earn her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Slippery Rock University, but most importantly she has accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She started taking dance at age 7 and by age 12 she knew she wanted to teach dance and open a studio someday. After she graduated college with her BFA, she wasn’t certain what she was going to do, but then God started speaking to her and telling her she needed to start a Christian dance studio. This studio would be a place where students, young and old, can come to learn and love dance all while keeping it glorifying to God. She aspires to have dance outreach in the Venango Country area, even beyond; sharing the talents God has given her to share the Good News and the joy it brings.

Missy Schwab

Office Manager/Dance Instructor

Missy Schwab has been the office manager and a dance instructor for Dancing for Eternity since 2022. She has lived in Oil City most of her life and began dancing at the age of 4. She has attended countless dance conventions and even met her husband when paired together in the musical Oliver. After a small hiatus while growing her family, she took up ballroom dancing, became a licensed Zumba instructor, and attended several Dancing for Him conferences. Dance has always been a passion and is now an outlet to creatively express and worship our Lord and Savior. She is very grateful to be assisting Alyssa to bring joy to the students and community.

Hannah Smith

Student Helper
Hannah Smith started dancing at the age of 3, and has become a very dedicated dancer. She has been a Student Helper for Dancing for Eternity since 2022, and she loves being able to help younger kids learn to dance. If Hannah had to choose a favorite style of dance, it would be Tap. When she is not tearing it up on the dance floor, Hannah can be found hanging out with family and friends, listing to Jordan Feliz and Colton Dixon songs, or going to the rodeo.
